i have to appologize about these photos getting finished and posted so late! my initial goal was to have them finished the next weekend prior to my first day of grad school (one job at a time, ya know?) and it has sort of been a nightmare. i almost swore off photography all together. my memory card was being finiky (if that's how you spell the word) and a few pictures turned out... looking over developed! it was also my first indoor wedding so i'm still getting used to my built in flash (not to mention the nazi minister...), and the huge rain storm preventing us from taking any couple shots. but the biggest hurdle was yet to come...

i was sooo excited to start school for many reasons. one being that i planned on purchasing a new laptop that was quick enough to edit all of my photos on. i dreamed about this machine. and i bought it! and i happily downloaded eric and bj's wedding pictures onto it and began editing away...

it was quite a long process and would freeze every few pictures. weird. well i would get frustrated, turn the laptop off, and come back the next day. 12 days later... the entire hard drive crashed on my new baby. my child. thank goodness i have enough sense not to delete pictures until i have passed on the finished product to the client. sigh... anyway....

bj and eric i am sincerely sorry that it has taken me forever and 8 days (actually about 20 days...) to put your preview up. i hope you enjoy them as much as i enjoyed being there for your special day! i'm looking forward to a couple portrait session with you in the fall, on the house!
